Hadith About Dhul Hijjah
Abdullah bin Amr al-Naqid narrated to us that Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Burayda said: I asked Aba Abdullah (Imam Jafar al-Sadiq) about the people of Dhul Hijjah when it comes to them, he said: It comes to them on the day of 'Ashura and 'Isha.

Hadith about Dhul Hijjah is a collection of sayings and teachings from Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) about the month of Dhul Hijjah. Dhul Hijjah is the 12th and final month of the Islamic lunar calendar and is considered the most sacred month of the year. During this month, Muslims around the world make a pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught that the days of Dhul Hijjah are very important in Islamic history and tradition. He said, “There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” He also said, “Whoever fasts during these ten days, it is as though he has fasted a whole year.”
The Hajj is one of the five pillars of Islam and is one of the most important rituals of the Muslim faith. During the Hajj, Muslims are required to perform a ritual of circling the Ka’aba seven times, followed by a journey to the plains of Mount Arafat and a visitation to the Prophet Ibrahim’s place of rest at Mina. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The Hajj is the Journey of the Believer.” In addition to the Hajj, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also taught that the days of Dhul Hijjah should be spent in acts of charity, such as giving Zakat (charity) and Sadaqah (voluntary charity).
He also taught that during this month Muslims should engage in acts of worship such as prayer, reciting the Quran, and reading supplications. The days of Dhul Hijjah are a time for Muslims to focus on strengthening their faith, performing acts of charity, and seeking the blessings of Allah. As Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “The best of deeds are those done regularly, even if they are little.”
