Zakat Hadith
Zakat is the bridge of Islam; so whoever performs it can cross the bridge and whoever withholds it will be detained beneath it. And it (Zakat) extinguishes the anger of the Lord.

Zakat Hadith refers to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) regarding the obligation to pay zakat (almsgiving). The practice of zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam and is considered an act of worship, as it purifies one’s wealth and helps to reduce inequality by redistributing wealth among the needy. Zakat is also seen as an important way of expressing gratitude for the blessings Allah has bestowed upon us.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever pays the zakat on his wealth, it will be a purification for him” (Bukhari). He also said: “Whoever pays the zakat on his wealth, it will be a shield for him from the fire” (Bukhari). These hadiths emphasize the importance of paying zakat and demonstrate the rewards that come from doing so. The Prophet (peace be upon him) not only encouraged people to pay their zakat but also taught them how to do so.
He said: “Give the zakat from your wealth in full, and do not take anything from it” (Bukhari). The Prophet (peace be upon him) also taught us that paying zakat is not just a financial obligation, but also a moral obligation. He said: “Give zakat with a cheerful heart and with a happy face” (Bukhari). This hadith encourages us to make zakat a part of our daily lives by doing it with a spirit of generosity and love for Allah.
